"The Beginning is the most important part of the work"
Planting seeds is a very nice way to have a physical reminder of sticking to your goals and intentions. Here is a project for you:
1) Buy some seeds, soil and a plant pot.
2) Decorate the pot with words or pictures that symbolize your goals. These can be long or short
term goals. For help with goal setting read S.M.A.R.T. Goals
3) Plant the seeds in your newly decorated pot and be sure to put it in a place with plenty of sunlight. Also water it as needed.
As you take care of your seeds that you've planted, use them as a reminder to also pay attention to the goals you have set for yourself. Another benefit of this project is that it teaches us that things take time and we must be patient when we don't see immediate results. Just because your seeds may be taking awhile to sprout, doesn't mean that they won't; but you can't stop nurturing them and caring for them. The same is true with achieving your goals. They may take time to achieve but you will get where you want to get as long as you don't give up. Keep doing the things that will bring you closer to what you wish to achieve in life.
